When you want to return an instrument in the event of a cancellation or a change to the next size up, please send it at your own expense to this address:

Unpaid parcels cannot be accepted.

Cellos must be shipped in the original packaging. You may request a return label from us, which will enable you to return the parcel at the nearest post office. We offer this service to our customers in Germany for 30,00 € and in Austria for 35,00 €.
